Programme, 2026

Uki: second full-stack cohort

The six-month full-stack programme opened again, fully sponsored and taught in Tamil.

When: 4 February 2026
Where: Batticaloa
Format: Programme, six months
With: Yarl IT Hub, Aravanai Canada

Applications opened in February 2026 for another six-month full-stack development programme under Uki. It is for people who have finished their A/L (Advanced Level) examinations. It is fully sponsored, taught in Tamil, and covers the MERN stack (a common set of tools for building websites and web apps) alongside entrepreneurship.

The programme is fully sponsored because cost is what stops people. It is taught in Tamil because teaching in this subject is otherwise available only in English.
