Uki full-stack development programme

A six-month full-stack course in the Eastern Province for school leavers with no route into technology.

When: 11 July 2025
Where: Batticaloa
Format: Course, six months
With: Yarl IT Hub, Aravanai Canada

The Uki full-stack development course launched in the Eastern Province in July 2025, with DreamSpace Academy running it on the ground alongside Yarl IT Hub and Aravanai Canada. Orientation was photographed on 11 and 13 July.

The six-month programme is for people who have finished their A/L (Advanced Level) examinations at the end of school. It is aimed at those with no obvious way into a technology job, which in this region is most of them.

The cohort organised the Aayutha Pooja celebration at the academy in October, and a programme film went out in December.
