Programme, 2025

Make and Play

A recurring hands-on format for young children, sometimes with their parents, sometimes with their teachers.

When: 26 October 2025
Where: Batticaloa
Format: Programme, recurring sessions

DreamSpace Academy began Make and Play with an orientation on 26 October 2025. It then ran the sessions again and again:

31 October, with around ten children and their parents
5 November, with a visiting preschool group of about twenty children and their teachers
11 November, with nine
17 December, with eighteen

The sessions cover hands-on science and technology, a first look at robotics and electronics, design, learning through play, and working in a group. Parents and teachers take part alongside the children.

Each number counts the people at one session. Adding them into a single reach figure would turn five real mornings into one inflated claim.
