Opening, 2025

DreamSpace Hatton opens

A DreamSpace hub in the hill country, the first new site within Sri Lanka since Mullaitivu.

When: 3 October 2025
Where: Hatton
Format: Opening

DreamSpace Academy opened the Hatton hub at the start of October 2025 to serve the hill country.

The plantation estates of the central hills have different needs from the North and East, shaped by a different history.

The centre was busy from the start: a children’s day on 8 October, robotics workshops, and an open day in December. A workshop had already run there in September, before the formal opening.
