Dreams of Women leadership workshop

A two-day leadership workshop run by Dreams of Women, on leadership styles and identity.

When: 30 January 2025
Where: Batticaloa
Format: Workshop, two days

Dreams of Women held a leadership workshop on 30 and 31 January 2025. It is a venture the academy incubated, and it works with girls and women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Erosha Rajendran, Deputy Coordinator of the American Corner in Batticaloa, led the session on leadership styles and identity. A second leadership session followed online in March, and volunteer work started on 19 March.

Dreams of Women now runs its own programmes with its own partners.
