Electronics workshop for Peradeniya engineering students

Engineering undergraduates from the Eastern Province came home for hands-on lab work their course does not include.

When: 11 June 2024
Where: Batticaloa
Format: Hands-on workshop
With: University of Peradeniya

DreamSpace Academy ran a hands-on workshop in June 2024 for University of Peradeniya engineering undergraduates from the 2022 intake who come from the Eastern Province: integrated circuits and microcontrollers (small programmable chips), mainly Arduino, with problem-solving at the workbench.

It is the third of these workshops in eighteen months. The undergraduates study hundreds of kilometres away and come back to Batticaloa for hands-on work with real components.
