Programme, 2024

Ocean Star

Marine and coastal work along the lagoon and the coast.

Ocean Star is a marine and coastal programme. Photographs record it on 11 and 15 July 2024. There was also a field visit that October, and a workshop filmed the October before.

It is part of the academy’s longer line of marine work. That line runs from a visit to Blue Resources Trust in 2020, through OceanBiome, the underwater glider and the Canary Islands glider school, to Dreamboat on the lagoon. Whether OceanBiome is still trading has not been confirmed.

Ocean Star delivered flood relief in Mullaitivu in December 2025.
