Dreams on Wheels

A mobile workshop that takes hands-on making to schools that cannot come to the building.

When: 17 January 2024
Where: Batticaloa district
Format: Mobile workshop
With: Knodel Foundation

Dreams on Wheels, “discovering and co-creating dreams”, is DreamSpace Academy’s mobile co-creation workshop, which takes hands-on making on the road. The academy first ran it at Mahilavaddawan Maha Vidyalayam in November 2023 with the Knodel Foundation, and launched it properly in January 2024.

Most of the academy’s other work requires getting to a building in Batticaloa, and the villages that most need it are the ones furthest from it. Dreams on Wheels travels to them.
