DreamSpace Academy ran Dham Dham Riddim, a ten-day digital music-production bootcamp, from February 2024, supported by the Goethe-Institut. The guest artists were Lucinda Dayhew and Sumugan Sivanesan, the same pair who ran Thaalam Riddim Reapers during Dinacon in 2022.
A one-day workshop on tempo, beats and digital audio workstations (the software used to record and make music) ran first, to find the beatmakers who would take part.
The bootcamp covered recording: how to use the equipment and how to capture sounds from the surroundings. It also covered Reaper, one of those music programs, along with sampling, beat-making and songwriting.
DreamSpace Records released the results on its Bandcamp in August 2024.
