Dinacon, biomaterials from mycelium

Growing materials from fungi in the Bio Lab, and the start of the biocomposite work.

Cris Silva, then Head of the Lab, led a hands-on workshop in the Bio Lab during Dinacon, making biomaterials from fungi and mycelium.

It is the earliest documented session at the academy on growing materials locally from waste, and the later mycelium work starts from it.
