Milestone, 2021

Back in operation after the closure

Electronics workshops restarted with a capped number of people in the room.

When: 23 January 2021
Where: Batticaloa
Format: Reopening

DreamSpace Academy restarted hands-on electronics sessions on the workshop floor on 23 January 2021. Under the safety rules, only a limited number of people could be in the workshop at once.

The building first closed temporarily in March 2020. From then until this date almost everything ran online or not at all. The activity log records three deliveries for the whole of 2021 against thirteen for 2020.

The drop is shown here as it happened. The work did not grow in a straight line through 2020 and 2021.
